• BASIC DIE DESIGN AND DIE-WORK INFLUENCING FACTOR

          Theory of Cutting – Types of operations – Type of Presses –Type of Press Tools – Conventional Machining Process – Design and Calculation of Simple Press Tools.

• AutoCAD Software

           Draw Tools – Layer Handling Techniques – Dimensioning Techniques– 2D Animation – Using Blocks – Lisp Automation -Automation Techniques – CAD Rendering.

• Training on Design illustration to create Manufacturing Drawings.
• Demonstration of Designs in 2D and 3D.
• Project Work (Die Design for Day to Day Products).

Intermediate Level 2:

• Design of Various Press Tools (Stage Dies)– Design Calculations – Advance  Machining Process – Advanced Manufacturing Techniques – Selection of Materials –  Design Tips & Tricks – Selection of Design Elements – HeatTreatment Process – Fits & Tolerances.
• 3D Design Software – Applying Standards.
• Software Customization Tips & Tricks.
• Basic GD & T Symbols and Meanings.
• Project Work (Die Design & Manufacturing).

Advanced Level 3:

• Design of Progressive Dies – Trouble Shooting Techniques.
• Advanced level GD & T Usage with clear example of industry level.
• Advanced Die Design Standards with Industry Level.
• VBA Automation Basic Level to Automate Industry work.
• Project Work (Die Design & Manufacturing – Trouble shooting).

Entrepreneur Level 4:

•  UG-NX Die Wizard for all Type of Press Tool Designs – Librar Creation Support -Die Forming Analysis – Die Wizard Tips & Tricks.
• Project Assignment to get Industrial Confident.
• Supporting for Own Jobs / Industry Support worker.
